• Customer Cancellations:
  All cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your event date. Any cancellations made by the customer will incur a $50 cancellation fee.

• Weather-Related Cancellations:
  If weather impacts your event, we offer the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. We will work with you to find the best solution based on availability.

• Our Right to Cancel:
  19thHoleSim reserves the right to cancel any booking for any reason up to 3 days prior to the scheduled event. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund.
